The property is approximately 27 km from the port and Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport, easily reachable in less than half an hour by car. Just a few kilometres away are Budoni, with its services and shops, and San Teodoro, renowned for its beaches and vibrant nightlife.

The elegant and welcoming residential complex consists of buildings arranged around a large swimming pool, set within well-kept gardens and connected by pedestrian pathways. The apartments, spread over two floors—some entirely on one level—are spacious and furnished in a simple and functional style. All units feature air conditioning, TV, a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with shower, and a balcony, patio or garden furnished with a table and chairs. Some apartments are arranged over two levels, with the living area on the ground floor and the sleeping area on the first floor.

Guests have access to an adults' and children's swimming pool, private unguarded parking (subject to availability), a shared barbecue area, and a reception service available at set times at the Porto Ottiolu square. A baby cot and high chair for small children can be requested.

Porto Ottiolu Beach, featuring white sand and crystal-clear waters with a gently sloping seabed, is just 200 metres away and can be easily reached on foot. The beach offers refreshment points as well as umbrella and sunbed rental services. Nearby you can also find the long beach of Budoni and the renowned bays of San Teodoro, such as La Cinta, Cala Brandinchi and Lu Impostu, ideal for those who enjoy exploring the many shades of the Gallura sea.

A mandatory flat-rate fee, including electricity, water, gas, and the first set of bed linen and towels, must be paid on site (unless otherwise stated) at a cost of €7 per person per day (infants exempt). Final cleaning is also mandatory and payable on site, amounting to €80 for the one-bedroom apartment (4 people), €100 for the two-bedroom apartment, and €120 for the three-bedroom apartment. Small pets up to 15 kg are allowed with a mandatory supplement of €70.00 for sanitising the accommodation.

Check-in will take place at the Studio Vacanze offices, Piazzetta di Porto Ottiolu, 07051 Porto Ottiolu, Budoni (SS).
Check-in is available from 5:00 pm to 7:30 pm.
For night-time and out-of-hours emergencies only, the number +39 342 339 9921 is always available.
Upon arrival, you will be required to pay the tourist tax, final cleaning fee, any extras, and provide a €200.00 security deposit (by credit card or in cash).
Small and medium-sized dogs are accepted at a cost of €70.00 each. Please inform us in advance.
The first change of bed linen and towels is already included. If you need additional changes (at an extra charge), please ask our on-site assistance.
Check-out is by 10:00 am. For early morning departures, please contact our on-site assistance the day before so the deposit can be released after the apartment has been checked.
Arrivals after 8:00 pm must be communicated to the property in advance. If not notified, apartment delivery cannot be guaranteed and/or an additional fee may be required.
