Il Borgo di Badesi Residence

Located in the heart of Sardinia's northern coast, in the charming Gulf of Asinara, Residence Il Borgo di Badesi enjoys a panoramic setting just a few minutes from the area's beautiful white-sand beaches. Set in a quiet residential area of Badesi, only 300 metres from the town centre, it offers the convenience of having shops, restaurants and services close at hand. The property is approximately 80 km from the port and airport of Olbia Costa Smeralda, 52 km from the port of Porto Torres and 80 km from Alghero, making it an ideal base for exploring the island's northern highlights. The towns of Castelsardo, Stintino and Santa Teresa di Gallura, as well as the natural reserve at the mouth of the Coghinas River, are all easily reachable by car and add unforgettable excursions to any stay.

Surrounded by a spacious park, the residence consists of seven two-storey buildings arranged around a large swimming pool, with well-kept green areas and a relaxing atmosphere. The apartments, furnished in a simple and functional style, feature air conditioning, TV, a hairdryer (on request) and a fully equipped kitchenette with fridge and freezer. All units include a furnished veranda or balcony with table and chairs, perfect for enjoying outdoor relaxation. Accommodation options include one-bedroom apartments with garden or sea views, comprising a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bathroom and a furnished outdoor area.

The complex offers a wide range of services designed for guests' comfort and relaxation, including a swimming pool with a sun terrace equipped with umbrellas and sun loungers (subject to availability), a children's pool, a coin-operated washing machine, free unguarded parking, and an externally managed bar with a panoramic terrace. A municipal shuttle bus service is also available, with a stop next to the residence, providing convenient access to the beach.

The beautiful Li Junchi Beach, just 2.5 km away, is one of the most renowned beaches in northern Sardinia and has been awarded the Blue Flag several times for the quality of its waters and services. This wide sandy shoreline stretches for over 12 km and is characterised by natural dunes and Mediterranean scrub. It is partly equipped with beach clubs, while large areas remain free, perfect for those who enjoy long walks or water sports. The beach is easily reachable within a few minutes by car or via the shuttle service, and it is one of the most charming destinations in the Badesi area.

Check-in is available from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
For night-time emergencies only (from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am), the number +39 079 9623028 is always available.
Upon arrival, you will be required to pay the tourist tax, final cleaning fee, any extras, and provide a €200.00 security deposit (by credit card or in cash).
Small and medium-sized dogs are accepted at a cost of €70.00 each. Please inform us in advance.
The first change of bed linen and towels is already included. If you need additional changes (at an extra charge), please ask our on-site assistance.
Check-out is by 10:00 am. For early morning departures, please contact our on-site assistance the day before so the deposit can be released after the apartment has been checked.
Arrivals after 8:00 pm must be communicated to the property in advance. If not notified, apartment delivery cannot be guaranteed and/or an additional fee may be required.
